    Order of Merit Listing
    From 1st November 2007, all Provincial 36 hole Open Tournaments will qualify for the National Order of Merit, in order to promote every championship. It will also be of assistance that all provincial associations adopt the same basis of scoring as in National tournaments. This will promote consistency at Provincial level.

    SASAGA Tour to UK - August 2010 In accordance with SASAGA policy, the Association will again send a representative side to the UK in August. SASAGA will send TEN players to the British Senior Amateur Open Championships, as individuals and additionally to play in an International Teams event - involving teams of FOUR players from a number of countries including the home countries, England, Wales, Ireland and Scotland, but also the USA. - the team will be in UK for the first two weeks of August.     2009 Strokeplay Champs  
    The 2009 National Strokeplay Championship was played at East London Golf Club and West Bank Golf Club from Wedesday 21 to Friday 23 October 2009.
    For the final results go to latest results. The 2010 National Strokeplay Championship to be hosted by Central Gauteng will be played at Randpark Golf Club on the Randpark and Windsor Park golf courses from 20 to 22 October 2010.

    2010 Inter Provincial 
    The 2010 Inter Provincial Tournament, hosted by Boland Golf Union, was played at Hermanus Golf Club from Sunday 18 to Thursday 22 April 2010. For the final results go to latest results. The 2011 Inter Provincial Tournament will be hosted by Free State Golf Union and will be played at Parys Golf Club. Dates confirmed from Sunday 10 to Thursday 14 April 2011.
